We have a minimum order requirement of $1500 with a deposit of $500.
Event cancelations due to COVID will receive a full refund.

Every order includes: 

1. A complimentary consultation (via video conference or in person if local to Kitsap).
2. A venue walk-through about 8 weeks before the big day as part of our service.

Floral Design

- Bridal bouquets: $225 standard, $275 for specialty blooms (i.e. garden roses, out of season peonies, etc)
- Bridesmaid bouquets: $95 standard, $125 for specialty blooms
- Boutonnieres: $27
- Corsages: $35
- Bridal flower crown: $65
- Bridesmaid flower crown: $65
- Flower girl crown: $45
- Ceremony arch: vine swag starting at $350, small floral arch starting at $450, medium starting at $750, large starting at $1250
- Fabric swagged from arch: $75
- Rose petal ceremony aisle: $125+
- Urns and tall/large arrangements: $375-$450
- Large table centerpieces: $195-$225
- Medium table centerpieces: $135-$$155
- Small table centerpieces: $75-$85
- Bud vases: $22-$25
- $10 charge for preparing table with candles and vessel for a bridesmaid bouquet to be repurposed as a table centerpiece
- $.50 per greenery tucked in to each napkin
- $1.00 for small flower to be tucked in to each napkin
- Large wall floral installations: starting at $975
- Hanging installations: starting at $375

Styling:

- Sheer fabric styling and hanging $75 styling fee and $2/sheer rental fee
- Self-serve bar styling and set up - $75 styling fee (additional charges may apply for floral touches and rental items)
- Gift table styling and set up - $25 styling fee
- Reception vignettes such as lounges created with rented furniture and area rugs, fire pit styling, photo booth styling: styling fee from $50 - $150 depending on the size and time requirements for the area.

Day-of
Coordination

- Full day coordination including timeline and rehearsal management: $1750


- Additional coordination billed at $50 per hour

- Ceremony chair set-up $350
- Moving of tables setup of reception room $350
- Reception napkin folding $2/napkin
- C & C staff remaining after the ceremony start to move items from the ceremony site to the
reception location: $25 per person per hour necessary to complete service.
- Flipping of ceremony site to reception site $350
